Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Madison, WI - Full Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour (paid during 1st shift training, too!)

The Opportunity
Do you enjoy working on cars, fixing things, or figuring out how equipment works? MCD is looking for mechanically inclined individuals to join our 2nd shift team!

Whether your experience comes from working on vehicles, operating farm equipment, or manufacturing, we'll provide hands-on training to help you develop new skills and grow with our team. Previous printing or manufacturing experience is not required.

What You'll Do
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Follow job instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products and make machine adjustments.
  • Maintain production records and a safe, organized work area.
  • Work with your team to meet production goals.

Training & Growth Opportunities
  • Paid, hands-on training with experienced team members.
  • Three-step training program with opportunities for wage increases.
  • Initial training on 1st shift for approximately 1–3 months before moving to 2nd shift. The $0.75/hour shift differential applies during training.
