The Opportunity
We're looking for Finishing Machine Operators who are eager to make an impact. We are seeking candidates with experience operating print finishing equipment, including Bobst, Sanwa, Kluge, etc. A great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important. If you're ready to join a team that values craftsmanship and ownership, this could be the role for you.

🕒 Shifts

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM ($0.75/hour shift differential)

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate print finishing equipment
  • Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
  • Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to maintain performance
  • Prevent damage to equipment and materials
  • Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
  • And more — every day brings something new!
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience operating print finishing equipment
  • A good eye for detail and producing quality work
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
