The Opportunity
We’re looking for Finishing Machine Operators who want to make an impact. Experience with equipment such as Bobst, Sanwa, or Kluge is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important. If you value craftsmanship and ownership, this could be the role for you.

🕒 Shifts

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM - $0.75/hr differential (training on 1st shift)
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11 PM - 7 AM - $3/hr differential (training on 1st shift)

What You'll Do

Set up and operate print finishing equipment
Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment
Prevent damage to equipment and materials
Accurately complete job tickets and documentation

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment
